Texas SB 12 Win: Parents Can Now Print Vaccine Exemption Forms at Home — July 31, 2026
How Texas SB 12 Lets Parents Print Vaccine Exemption Forms at Home — No More Waiting
Thanks to legislation we championed this session, Texas parents can now print the vaccine exemption form right from home. No more waiting on the mail. No more unnecessary enrollment delays. No more children being pulled from class or sent to the nurse because paperwork hasn’t arrived. A special thank you to Rep. Lacey Hull and Sen. Lois Kolkhorst for championing this important legislation. If you choose to exercise your right to opt your child out, simply print the exemption form, have it notarized, and submit it during enrollment. Exemptions are valid for two years. Download the form and learn more here.
